Exploring the Hidden Gems of Puerto Galera

I had the opportunity to visit Puerto Galera for the first time, and it was a trip that I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the island's natural beauty and biodiversity. This place truly is the heart of Asia and it's easy to see why. It is located within the Verde Passage, which is known for its high marine biodiversity and is considered as one of the most important areas in the world for marine biodiversity conservation

My first stop was Amami Beach Resort, which was the perfect place to kick off my short vacation. The resort was nestled between lush green hills and the clear waters. The view from my room was breathtaking and I spent my first morning just relaxing on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves. I spent the day lounging on the beach and swimming in the warm waters.

The next day, I visited White Beach in Puerto Galera. This beach was truly a sight to behold. The sand was fine, and the water was great. I spent the day swimming and exploring the area. The water was warm, and the marine life was incredible.

I also took a trip to Virgin Island. This island was a true gem. It was unspoiled and peaceful, with a beautiful white sandy beach mix with stone pebbles and crystal-clear water. I spent the evening swimming and watching the sunset.

In the afternoon, I visited the Mangrove Conservation and Eco-Tourism Area. This place was truly amazing. The biodiversity of the mangroves was impressive, and the area was very well-maintained. I learned a lot about the importance of conservation and the role that mangroves play in protecting the island's ecosystem. It was a great way to explore the island's biodiversity.

I also visited Tamaraw Falls, which was another highlight of my trip. The falls were breathtaking and the hike to get there was challenging but worth it. The cool water was so refreshing, and I enjoyed swimming in the pool at the base of the falls.

I visited the Muelle Cultural Heritage Park and its ports. The park was full of history and culture, and I enjoyed learning about the island's past. I also visited the Coral Garden, which was a real treat. I saw so many different types of fish and coral, it was like swimming in an aquarium. The coral reefs and marine life here are well-protected and it's a great place to enjoy the biodiversity of the Verde Passage.

Finally, I visited the Giant Clams. They were huge and so interesting to see up close. It was amazing to think that these creatures have been living in the ocean for so long.
All in all, Puerto Galera is truly a hidden gem and the heart of Asia. The island's biodiversity and natural beauty is truly something to be admired. The Verde Passage marine biodiversity is an added bonus.

I did ENJOY!
